Hamilton cop alleges betrayal by his force

As one bog reader has pointed out the Toronto Star is reporting that "Former undercover officer suing police services board, alleging they failed to protect him - and making explosive allegations of police corruption."

"Manning alleges his identity was revealed by a high-ranking police colleague to a Hamilton crime family because Manning’s undercover work was close to exposing the officer’s criminal activity. Manning’s lawsuit includes a long list of explosive allegations of police corruption in Hamilton, which Manning claims to have learned about from his police duties and undercover work, including his network of informants, two of whom have since died violently."

CHCH is reporting that "In the court documents, Manning describes how he was attacked one night by four men while undercover. Mr. Thomas Riordan said directly to Mr. Manning, “hey cop”, before without warning all four males simultaneously began to assault Mr. Manning. Mr. Manning fought back and retreated to his undercover apartment. Manning claims he called his “handler” after the attack and was told a police cruiser was outside waiting for him. He alleges when he went outside, the same four guys attacked him again, this time with knives as an unmarked police vehicle drove by."

This is significant because it was related to a Hamilton crime family. That is the headquaters of the Calabrians who were battling the Rizzutos for control of the Montreal drug trade.

The Toronto Star summarizes that Among Manning’s claims in his lawsuit:

Hamilton police officers fraudulently claimed reward money from Crime Stoppers, and others were involved in “ripping off” drug dealers and marijuana grow operations.

Two officers have been ‘on the take’ since the ’80s. They would pay reward money to a relative and then split the proceeds.

A senior Hamilton officer sold information about the investigation into the unsolved 1998 murders of criminal lawyer Lynn Gilbank and her husband, Fred. It’s believed Gilbank may have been the subject of a gangland hit at her Ancaster home.

Several Hamilton police officers have ties to organized crime and the Hells Angels. Manning also names a Toronto officer he alleges was selling guns to Toronto gang members.

He and his wife were falsely detained and their rural home subject to an improper search by Hamilton police, who told him they had received a tip and came looking for a marijuana grow op.

It appears that this is just the tip of the iceberg so to speak.

Perhaps this all relates to Bob Deasy's book Being Uncle Charlie. Which teletubby was it that helped the Hells Angels take over the Hamilton drug trade from the Outlaws? Was it the Po Po?

In Alberta the Edmonton Police Service has a bad reputation for passing on intel to the Hell Angels. This was confirmed by the Calgary Police Department who saw members of the EPS partying with Hells Angels in Calgary. This sheds light on part of the problem. Many cops who investigate the Hells Angels do so because they covet that life. They covet the strippers and blow lifestyle. For most normal family men, that lifestyle does not apeal to them. It is concerneing when so many police officers covet that life. IHIT in Surrey was the same however I understand there have been improvements made in that department since the Surrey Six disaster.

Alberta solved the problem with their gang task force ALERT who recently made a huge HA bust in Edmonton. Now we have to ask if the Alberta government are going to disband ALERT for doing such a good job like the BC government keeps doing. Our gang task force keeps getting infiltrated by idiots. Right now it appears that the BEU need to have a peak at what's really going on in Hamilton as it is no doubt tied to the rising HA / Rizzuto recovery.

The Expendables 2

I saw the Expendables 2 on Netfix the other night. It was awesome. I had seen one and three but somehow missed two. Three was nice how they introduced some new young guns and had old school and new school fighting shoulder to shoulder. Expendables 2 was even better than the first one. It was an all star cast of every old school tough guy in recorded history - Stallone, Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Randy Couture from the UFC was in it. They even has a special guest appearance of Chuck Norris. It was really funny how they introduced him. Jean Claude Vam Damme was the villain. What ever happened to that guy?

The movie was awesome. At the end of the movie someone gives them a new plane and Stallone says that plane should be in a museum. Then Schwarzenegger says we all should. Indeed. Yet as Schwarzenegger proved in the amazing Terminator Genesis remix also on Netfix, I may be old but I'm not obsolete. Truth. Speaking of young guns, Michael B Jordan the promising young actor that Rocky trained in the movie Creed was introduced in the last two episodes of the TV series Lie to me also on Netflix. That young man has huge potential. He is very good.

Woman must pay $67K for Facebook posts suggesting neighbour a pedophile

CTV is reporting that "A British Columbia woman has been ordered to pay more than $65,000 after making unfounded accusations over Facebook suggesting her neighbour was a pedophile who set up mirrors and cameras in his backyard to spy on her children. In his ruling, Justice Anthony Saunders describes how the Abbotsford neighbours' relationship began to deteriorate after Pritchard approached Van Nes in 2011 about turning off a newly-built backyard pond and waterfall at night, which he said interrupted his wife's sleep."

"Pritchard and his wife were eventually advised by the municipality to document their complaints after a series of worsening unneighbourly conduct by Van Nes and her family. The court document says those efforts, along with the installation of a decorative mirror, prompted Van Nes to take to Facebook, which she described as a form of "venting." Van Nes removed her defamatory comments after about 27 hours but the ruling says by then the damage had been done, including one member of the community contacting the principal of the school where Pritchard worked about the allegations."

"The seriousness of Ms. Van Nes's defamatory Facebook post, her replies, and the comments of her friends cannot be overstated, Saunders writes. An accusation of pedophilic behaviour must be the single most effective means of destroying a teacher's reputation and career, not to mention the devastating effect on their life and individual dignity. He now faces the challenge of repairing the damage Ms. Van Nes has caused, if that is even possible at this point. The judgment awards Pritchard $50,000 in general damages, $15,000 in punitive damages and $2,500 for his nuisance claim. It also orders the Van Nes household to turn off the waterfall in the backyard pond nightly between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m."

Compare that with what Blaze posted on the Dirty. Blaze said that if you search the BC CSO you will see that I was charged with sexual interference of a minor. He didn't think that people would actually follow the link and find out he was lying. There were no charges. He made it up.

Then Ace Ventura gets a brainstorm. He finds a Dennis Lance Watson who was charged with child molestation in Des Moines, Washington. My middle name is not Lance and the guy doesn't even look like me. My middle name is James. It's on my coat of Arms. Ace Ventura says oh that doesn't mean anything. Of course it does. I had to present ID to the Chief Herald of Canada for them to put it on my coat of arms. That's my own personal grant not one of my ancestors.

Knowing that it is not me Ace Ventura lies and claims I have been hiding my real middle name for years. That is defamation. But that's OK because I'm not spending the $5,000 to sue his worthless ass. Others will. I'll just point out that a warrant has been issued for his arrest and he is still in hiding. Thankfully no lie can live forever and truth will prevail. Peace.

Snoop Dog speaks out on Vancouver's Harm Promotion

The Vancouver Province is reporting that Snoop Dog came to Vancouver and saw for himself what a complete failure our Harm Promotion project is in the DTES. He posted a video on Instagram about it and told Vancouver to clean this sh*t up. He says he can't believe they got an alley where they pass out free needles for people to do heroin with. Welcome to our insanity soulja. Spread the word. Harm Promotion is f*cked up.

Man connected to organized crime killed by sniper

The Toronto Sun is reporting that A sniper shot a 37-year-old murder victim - once dubbed “Mr. Big” when he was nabbed in a major drug bust - from nearly 200 metres away.

The Toronto Star reported that “This is a shot that was made at a considerable distance – at night, in the dark, it was windy, and Clinton was on the move when he was shot,” Bui said. “I believe that this person has some considerable skill or some training.”

CBC reported that Bui said the rifle used in the shooting has "a strong connection to Montreal," although he didn't specify exactly what that connection entailed.

Clinton was found fatally shot on a driveway in Scarborough, Ontario on Sept. 30, 2015.

Nicolo Rizzuto was shot in his home by a sniper November 10, 2010.

Ontario Hells Angel shot in Quebec - Update

CTV is reporting that "A 41-year-old member of the Hells Angels is in serious but stable condition after being shot in the back while he was riding his motorcycle in Lachute. The man was riding in Bethany Rd. about 10:30 a.m. when multiple gun shots were heard, the Surete du Quebec confirms." CTV is reporting that the victim is a member of the Ontario Nomads Hells Angels.

Update: As a reader has pointed out the Montreal Gazette is reporting that a police source has confirmed the victim is Philippe Boudreau, the vice-president of the Ontario Nomads. This guy must be from Quebec. He's not some clown with shorts, sneakers and a full faced helmet. He's the real deal. Sh*ts gonna get real.

The Montreal Journal reported that Martin Bernatchez is the successor to Paul "Sasquatch" Porter at the head of the Ontario Hells Nomads chapter. Paul was RM but crossed over with other founding members when Mom Boucher went to prison.

The Root of the Conflict:

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to do the math and figure out a likely motive for the shooting and see the root of the new conflict. The Montreal Gazette is reporting that the Ontario Hells Angels are teaming up with the Rizzutos and are planning a comeback in Quebec after that massive police bust in SharQ. The thing is when Vito was in prison the Ontario Hells Angels teamed up with the Calabrians out of Hamilton who were at war with the Rizzutos. Now all of a sudden they've switched sides again. That's gotta upset their former business partners. Philippe Boudreau may well have been from Sudbury but the bottom rocker on the crest in the picture of him at the funeral said Hamilton. That was the base of the Calabrian resistance in Montreal.

I guess that's my primary beef. The Quebec Biker War had nothing to do with riding motorcycles. It was a war over a monopoly on the drug trade and when push comes to shove, L&R has absolutely nothing to do with it. It's all about making money. Allegiances change if there's more money to be made. For example, the Ontario Hells Angels haven't been known for their loyalty.

It was the Ontario Hells Angels that killed Bekim Zeneli from LHS because the Ontario Hells Angels wanted the Thompson drug trade and didn't want LHS and the Winnipeg HAs to get it. After they killed his friend they told Billy Bowden to suck it up or he'll be next. That's what started another drug war in Winnipeg and brought the Rock Machine back. Although it's clearly a new group since Vito helped broker a ceasefire between the HAs and the RM in Quebec. All the founding members of the Rock Machine joined the HAs.

Greg Wooley was supplying all the Crips in Montreal with drugs. That big meeting happened when he tried to convince the Bloods to sell drugs for the Hells Angels too. The leader of the Bo Gars as in Beau Garcons slapped him in the face and told him to f off. Shortly after that the HAs had him killed. Consequently there is no love for the HAs among the Bloods in Montreal. It will be interesting to see if the Bo Gars team up with the Calabrians and carve out their own territory independent of the HAs and Rizzutos. Time will tell. It always does.

Billy Ly makes bail

The Vancouver Province is reporting that Billy Ly has been released on bail. Maybe it's just as well Clin Clung takes the fall for Jonathan Bacon's murder. After all he did tell everyone he did it. Perhaps this is his way of doing something useful with his life and atoning for throwing his fiancee out of a moving vehicle. Jonathan Bacon got what he had coming. He knew the details about the Surrey six murder because he was involved in the conspiracy to tax Cory Lal for you know who.

Disclaimer. I had the two different Billies mixed up previously. My bad.

CSIS Application Abandoned

The Vancouver Province is reporting that lawyers in the Surrey Pressure Cooker Entrapment case have abandoned an application they filed seeking further disclosure of documents from CSIS.

As we recall, the entrapment case was suspended indefinitely after CSIS refused to discuss their involvement in the plot. So now the entrapment application can proceed since CSIS is refusing to comply with court orders again. There was no need for further evidence to prove entrapment. There has never been a more clear case of entrapment in the history of the earth. There was no means or motive to commit the bogus crime without police agents or more accurately CSIS's help. However, refusal to provide crucial documents is in itself grounds for the case to be thrown out and the targets released. They weren't suspects in a plot, they were targets in a scam.

Right now CSIS has zero public accountability over how it burns tax dollars at an irresponsible rate in the wrong direction. They are wasting massive amounts of tax dollars trying to bribe and in this case threaten and extort drug addicts into committing acts of terrorism. Clearly CSIS is on the wrong side. They are the ones that provided the explosives for the Air India attack and still haven't been charged in that heinous murder.

In January the legal opinion the police were given while targeting the vulnerable couple in this entrapment case was finally released. All Star Crown prosecutor Martha Devlin who has since been appointed to the bench advised the police that they should stop paying the drug addicts money to coerce them into proceeding with the fake plot. What happens when you give drug addicts money then stop giving them money? What do you think the drug addicts bought with that money you gave them? The "police" agents stopped giving the drug addicts money but continued to threaten and extort them by saying you have to come up with a plot. Mr. Big has spent a lot of money on you. He won't be happy with your lack of progress.

John and Amanda were never radicalized. They were conned. They were befriended by a CSIS agent who gave them food. In gratitude they started attending his Mosque. Then the CSIS agent started having them deliver envelopes for him and paid them cash for doing so. After building a relationship of trust with them they finally realized this was not a nice religious person helping them out of the goodness of his heart.

After giving them food and money he told them he represented a terrorist organization and his employer, Mr. Big, the one donating all the money wants to commit a terrorist attack in Canada. They were extorted with threats of violence to them and their family if they did not help him. That is why John's elderly grandmother moved out of the basement suite right before the arrest. They thought a crazed terrorist was going to kill them if they didn't help them. That was the only motive they had. They were never radicalized. In the crown's own evidence John said the thought of killing civilians made him sick. CSIS makes me sick. They are the real terrorists.

BC Hydro borrows more money to pay dividend

BC Hydro is the biggest neocon there is. It is a taxpayer fraud of epic proportions. The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "BC Hydro is borrowing hundreds of millions of dollars to meet the provincial government’s demands for an annual dividend. The Crown power corporation owes around $852 million to the government over the next three fiscal years in mandatory annual dividend payments. But it doesn’t have the cash, and so it will have to borrow the funds, said Energy Minister Bill Bennett. The contentious practice sees the monopoly energy company borrow money — which ratepayers will have to pay back in the future — so that it can meet government’s annual demand for a share of its profits. Bennett has admitted the practice is unsustainable, and will begin to be reduced by $100 million a year in 2018 until it is eliminated."

Remember Christy Clark's fudge it budget? She said she was going to balance the budget by extracting a dividend from BC Hydro. We knew that was a joke because BC Hydro has a ballooning debt it keeps deferring each year. If they hadn't privatized the power brokers they could have done this but now that they expropriated those public profits and handed them over to private profiteers, there is no more money to extract a dividend from. So here we see the magic of Christy Clark's fudge it budget. We are going to extract a dividend from BC Hydro who doesn't have one so we are going to lend BC Hydro the money to pay us the dividend. If it wasn't so criminal it would be laughable. Yet they keep doing it each year and no one says anything.

The root of the problem at BC Hydro is simple. Gordon Campbell privatized the power brokers that sell power to the public company at above market rates so his friends could exploit the public. This has created a massive ballooning debt that grows exponentially every year. It is the same kind of fraud that created the Greek financial crisis. What was once public money became private then disappeared. To make matters worse, Christy Clark appointed Jessica McDonald who was Gordon Campbell's former deputy minister to become CEO of BC Hydro. The scam continues so it does and tax payers keep getting ripped off in a very big way.

City of Surrey kicks the cat

The Vancouver Province is reporting that the City of Surrey has banned amunition and hand guns at this weekend’s B.C. Rod and Gun Show at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds. Which means that Dennis Robinson of the Thunderbird Fast Draw Club isn't allowed to demonstrate his quick draw sport even though he uses wax bullets. That is insane.

This guy does not look like a gang member. Gang members don't use wax bullets. Here we have a municipal government overriding federal law regarding firearms. Gang members don't use registered firearms to shoot other gang members. They use throw aways which are readily available on the black market. Disarming law biding citizens while they enable gang members is a crime in itself. Ammunition is readily available at any gun store. You need to produce your PAL to purchase ammunition.

Shawn Storey from Surrey wrote into the Vancouver Province and asked "A rod-and-gun show with no live ammunition? What’s next? A hockey team that can’t use sticks?"

Steve Gunson from Abbotsford said "Wow, talk about targeting the wrong people. A person cannot even possess a firearm or purchase ammunition without a federal firearm license. Otherwise, it is a criminal offence. This ban is nothing but a smoke-and-mirrors parlour trick. Surrey council is trying to give the appearance of doing something about the illegal drug trade and gangs shootings. Politicians are fooling and failing the public yet again."

The real problem is Bill Fordy and Linda Hepner.

Stepping into the Twilight Zone Gary Tupper from New Westminster wrote into the paper claiming the government should suspend the Charter of Rights and send in the army to police Surrey. That is insane. Has he never crossed the bridge and visited Surrey? We live here. The Vancouver Gang War peaking in 2009 when the Bacon brothers and the Un were shooting each other after the surrey Six. Overall things and calmed down considerably. Now it's just a handful of residual yahoos fighting over the table scraps. We don't suspend civl liberty for ANY reason. Period. We need to arrest the crack dealers that sell crack in public. Failing to do that is sheer irresponsibility.

Giving the police 24 access to traffic cams is a bit Bourne Supremacy but given the circumstances it is a step in the right direction to help identify suspects in drive by shootings. Arrest the criminals not the law abiding citizens. It's better the police has access to the traffic cams than CSIS.
