Update on the Hells Angels Criminal Organization Status

As most people know, this blog started off with two fouding premises. The first was that the Hells Angels are a criminal organization. The second was that the CIA is also a criminal organization. Kerri Krysko argued against the criminal organization status of the Hells Angels. She coined the phrase, the Hells Angels aren't a criminal organization, they are an organization of criminals.

That was a pretty profound statement and it took me some thought to figure out what it meant. Kerri claimed that although there are many members of the Hells Angels who are criminals, there are many more who aren't. Take Maple Ridge for example. There are a ton of Hells Angels in Maple Ridge. Are they all involved in criminal activity? I don't think they are. I think there are a few key members who are involved in criminal activity. Unfortunately they use the name and reputation of the club to promote a monopoly on their criminal activity.

This new perspective caused me to rethink my position. I stopped supporting an overall criminal organization status and supported a case by case scenario instead. The Kelowna chapter was involved in so much criminal activity any judge that denies the seizure of that clubhouse is either an idiot or on the take. East Vancouver is a hard call. The police do have a long list of criminal activity for the court. Victoria, not quite as much. That would be a harder sell.

That's why I suggested a consent order returning the Victoria clubhouse on the condition that the Kelowna clubhouse would be seized under proceeds of crime. The East Vancouver clubhouse would have to go to trial. The Edmonton clubhouse is next to be seized because the amount of criminal activity they have been convicted of is staggering just like Kelowna. Maple Ridge, not a chance. The police would be better off doing what they are doing by seizing assets from the key players there clearly involved in criminal activity.

Recently Kim Bolan posted an update on Skeletor's trial. The crown says there is overwhelming evidence to convict him. No doubt. That's why he never made bail. His coaccused was convicted and Giles was the ring leader. The interesting thing in the article is the court transcript which quotes Giles who "explained that not all Hells Angels are involved in illegal activity. His words were `not everybody in the family is in the business.’ But if they are going to be involved in illegal activities that might affect the club, they have to bring it to the table and let the officers decide.”

That is a pivotal statement that speaks to the criminal organization argument and clearly establishes legal liability of the entire executive when that chapter is convicted of criminal activity. He admits that when members of a chapter are involved in criminal activity, it has to be approved by the executive. That makes them criminally culpable. He just implicated every HA executive in the world where members or associates are involved in criminal activity.

Update: David Giles found guilty

  1. Giles is an idiot, I wonder if he realized that by saying this he was admitting that HA chapters are criminal organizations exactly as they have been accused of being.

I'll bet he does now. LOL. He better get a long sentence because after admitting something like that and putting every chapter in Canada's head on the block to be banned as such, he may disappear when he gets out.

Man what an idiot. How could he not realize what he was saying?? LOL again.

    1. Indeed, members have been killed for less. Usually they are much more careful what they say knowing they are usually monitored and speak in code. Even the Bacon brothers used a whiteboard instead of talking out loud. Giles' statement is indeed landmark. Yet I don't think they'll pull a Blackie on him. Giles has historically always been on the other side of the committee that makes those kind of decisions. I hear he now has cancer so his days are numbered as it is. It's just nice to get everything cleared up now before he passes to the other side so we can set the record straight.

  2. As I have said before, Kerri has no clue as to what she is talking about in regards to the HA NOT being a criminal organization. She was never privy to "church" or any other "business". She was just an "old lady" - as such always seen as a liability and someone to keep at arm's reach and never given any inside information.

Remember the olde saying of "loose lips sink ships" and if you want something to be a secret, tell no one.

Regardless of what they want to claim, they are a criminal organization. Everyone who goes through the "program" has to commit crimes in order to prove themselves. The smarter individuals will do it through smarter acts and the dumber members will be given the grunt work and see if they can make it through without getting caught and if they can smarten up. Everyone has their use (that also means everyone is used).

You can change your tone on the blog about them, but that does not change them nor the reality of the situation.

Oh, and if Gyrator did state the executive passes approval on those activities, you had better believe it. That's the same in every charter. Everywhere.

If Gyrator was rectifying past wrongs he would be in witness protection.

    1. That is just plain nasty. Kerri was no old lady. She radiates class and associated with all the big names in the local drug trade. Obviously she doesn't support loose lips sinking ships. However, she does have a point. Many members are criminals but not all members are. Just like not all cops cheat on and beat their wives although many do. There are individual members that I still despise but as I keep saying, my disdain for them is individual not collective. I don't give a rat's ass about the black door or grow ops. I despise crack dealers and crystal meth dealers and think anyone who steals cars are rats regardless of what patch they wear.

  3. Oh, in addition, if he is that sick, we should pray for him. No one deserves to die without being able to make a Confession and it might just be on his deathbed he calls for the Priest in order to regain his Sanctifying Grace.

    1. A death bed confession isn't going to do a thing to atone for Giles's sins.

    2. Then again, maybe a deathbed confession would be good for his soul after all. I think everyone knows who I really have beef with in the Kelowna chapter and it isn't David Giles. The mother of my daughter's mother was named Giles. Sadly I never got along very well with Wesh Women. Arthur was a good man. He was someone I could relate to. Might for Right and all that.

Giles is in a unique situation. Most people understandably hate people who rat out their friends to get a reduced prison sentence. However, if he ratted out the person who ordered Brittney Irving's murder, he wouldn't get a reduced sentence in this life but he sure might in the life hereafter. What are they going to do? Kill him for testifying? The guy is already dying. Clearly that confession would be good for his soul because I know it wasn't him it was someone else.

Actually, it will. Even if it is imperfect contrition (fear of the loss of Heaven and dread of the pains of hell), it is enough to ensure God's mercy.

If it's good enough for God, it had better be good enough for us.

Remember the Lord's Prayer, "Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us".

    4. Unfortunately, I don't believe that. No offense. Different people believe different things. Christ said at the last day many will say Lord, Lord and he will say depart from me ye workers of iniquity, I never knew you.

  4. The hells angels propaganda machine likes to say they are a bunch of guys who ride motorcycles... blah blah blah. The reality is that most hells angels in the melbourn australia chapter and the berlin germany chapters dont ride or even own motorcycles. Here is a link in German (use google translate) that talks about how the weak old men of german hells angels paid a bunch of young german bandidos money to patchover. my favorite part was when 7 bandidos stabbed 4 hells angels including andre sommers, and then andre had to bown down and pay them protection money to patch over. heres the link to the article: http://www.bz-berlin.de/aufstieg-und-fall-der-berliner-hells-angels
