Blaze's crystal meth charges magically disappear

This is rather odd. We were shocked and disgusted to hear rock throwing woman beating Donahugh Fredrick McWhirter gota publication ban on his trafficking crystal meth charges. Last we heard they were to set a date for a six week trial on May 2nd. Now all of a sudden the charges have disappeared. I dont want to call a rat a rat but I really see no other possible explanation as to why the trial has "ended" and a publication ban in effect. Obviously that publication ban is now over because the trial is over. The purpose of a publication ban is to ensure someone gets a fair trial. The only other reason is to protect the identity of a Confidential Informant.

  1. Yeah I'd go with your call on this. Just drop the charges? Wow, they can't even be bothered to TRY and come up with a decent cover story for their newfound (and likely to be short lived) source of information. Need a bit of courtroom theater to sell this one and you wouldn't think this would be all that hard, but here we are....

    1. I suppose it is theoretically possible the trial went ahead and he was found guilty and is now in prison. However, if that was the case the publication ban would be over and the press would be allowed to report that.

  2. And who says crime doesn't pay? All those charges and now nothing. Enquiring minds would like to know the back story on this one. O.K. we the taxpaying citizens of B.C. are owed an explanation.

  3. The CSO site shows the reason for the disposition of this case as "PI". Does anyone know for certain what this abbreviation indicates?

    Is it protected informant?

  8. Kayla, it is obvious to me this blog upsets you, so I'd suggest you don't "visit" it. Now it may come as a surprise to you, but there are people who read this blog and we are not dumb, or bored or whatever negative thing you have to say about us, the blogger, the blog.

It may also come as a surprise to you tax paying citizens are interested in gangs and crime. It sometimes drives up our taxes and de values our property. it sometimes even gets innocent people killed.

There is a lot of information which the MSM doesn't print and blogs provide the rest of the story.

So Kayla if you don't like the blog, don't read or visit it. Just let Dennis continue to express himself. its called Freedom of the Press and we live in a democracy, so Dennis is free to do as he pleases, like in Freedom of Speech.

You might also like to take notice that not all information is regarding gangs and crime. So have a nice day. I do hope you feel better. Have a coffee and go for a walk, you'll feel better.

    1. Yes if "Kayla" doesn't like my blog then he shouldn't read it.
If no one else cares about it why does he?

  9. Dale leaving the life is the biggest load of shit I have ever heard. What the hell do you think those guys do at the zoo they have a bunch of dick riders running around coke all night in there. Everyone that thinks there hard in kelowna is a joke they are there because they are scared of the real world where people will actually clip them off.
